Ten years imprisonment:

Ten years (suspended):

Seven years (suspended):
Sulayman Nasir Mas'ud
 
Five years (suspended):
Anis Hasan Yahya
Salim Muhammad Abdullah Jubran
 
Three years (suspended):
Ahmad Ubayd Bin Dazr
 
Acquitted:
Qasim Abd al-Rabb Qasim
Salih Shaykh

The accused were all leaders of the secession attempt in 1994. They were all living in exile and were tried in their absence. The Yemeni authorities were reported to be seeking their extradition.
